Jennifer Hudson Book: Coming Soon

If you love and are inspired by Jennifer Hudson, you are going to have little treat from the stunning star. JHud is releasing a book in January.

Since her weight loss journey began the multi-award winning singer Jennifer Hudson has been telling fans and weight-loss hopefuls of her plans to release a memoir documenting the process. 

Well the time is now! 

She has been on many interviews explaining that she had no surgery but lost the weight through exercise and the weight loss program, Weight Watchers - which Ms. Hudson is currently a spokesperson for. 

‘I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down and Found Myself’ is JHud’s weight loss diary that details how she lost 80 pounds over the course of two years. 

The book is touted as "a personal and inspirational memoir from Grammy and Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, focused on her amazing transformation as she embraced a healthy lifestyle and lost over eighty pounds."
