Special Mention: Congratulations to 3Talk With Noeleen. I have moaned about the show but clearly there is something that they are doing right. In terms of the biggest climb in ratings this year, the show is a clear winner. It started 2011 with a mere 400 000+ viewers and is now ending the year with an impressive 900 000+. That certainly deserves a nod from me. Congrats.
The Biggest Looser: Selimathunzi. The show is still struggling dismally to attract more viewers. Once again as it has been the case all year, it has failed to make the list on all levels. From January - November the show has been struggling to crack the Top 5 list of Magazine shows and SABC 1's Top 10.
Promising Contender: Live. With new changes on the horizon after Minnie and Sizwe leave the show, there is hope that the show will capture its former glory. Seriously, if Turn It Out can get 3 million viewers surely LIVE can attract the same amount and indeed be the biggest show in the land.
