Beyonce's First Public Appearance Since Becoming A Milf... Uhm ... Mommy

The wait is over, people! Post-baby Beyonce is back, and she's looking as bootylicious as ever. Mhmmm! While most women will attest to the fact that giving birth takes a toll on a new mommy, Hollywood seems to have perfected the art of being strong enough to bear the children then get back to business... or in this case back to looking hawt!!

Blue Ivy's momma made her first public appearance since giving birth to support hubby Jay-Z perform at a concert at Carnegie Hall to benefit United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.

She looked oh so fine in an elegant Alice Temperley cocktail dress, teamed with Ofira & Lorraine Schwartz jewels, a quirky Alexander McQueen clutch bag and a pair of sparkly Christian Louboutin heels.

Not that I'd expect anything less from ever the perfectionist Mrs Carter…then again with multiple nannies on hand to change her kid's diaper every hour, she probably has way too much time on her hands to exercise. 

Ok ... I'll indulge the naysayers too! Of course if she did not really have the baby herself she would not look any less hot.
