Shoutout To Clublitchi

I have been complaining forever that getting information on South African celebs online is a nightmare. I have also made no secret of the fact that celebrity publicists in this country are useless as they do not really know what their job is and are constantly competing with their clients for the spotlight. 

A new site called clublitchi has proven to be a Godsend. The site is exactly what someone like myself who writes extensively about the industry needed. Big up to the creators of the site for this genius idea. The site offers biographies of local celebrities. 

Gone are the days of trying to get information from clueless people who call themselves publicists when in fact all they are are wannabe celebs.  Read my displeasure with South African publicists HERE.

At the moment the site has very few content but it promises to be South Africa's 1st Online Celebrity Encyclopedia Magazine. 

According to the site ;

Clublitchi is beyond a website, its a direct portal to all the information you need to know.

I will admit that the name is a bit odd for a site of its nature and may throw people off but I am loving the site and appreciate the initiative. This is the kind of ingenuity that this industry needs.

I only hope everyone who cares about this industry and are in the field will offer these guys support because what they are doing is great for the industry.
