"If I had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin"

Part of US President Obama's message to the Martin family over the death of their son that has sparked outrage all over the world. Of course Obama's statement has attracted some negative reaction, with Newt Gingrich calling it "disgraceful" and suggesting that Obama is using Trayvon's murder and race for political points.

OK, dare I ask? Who said Obama meant race in that statement? He could have just as easily meant Trayvon was too young. Afterall the President has young kids and if he had a son he could have been in Trayvon's age group. #justsaying
