Blame It On Fame Cancelled

2012 will likely go down on the Hlelo and Ntando's books as one year to just forget. It certainly has not been great for the girls. Firstly they lost their job at YFM and their second season of Blame It On Fame was not that great. Now word is, Etv has decided to can the show for good.



Gotta admit I am not surprised given how disasterous the second season was. In an exclusive with TVSA etv's  Manager of Local Productions Keshni Rajoo said:

 "e.tv is constantly reviewing its content strategy to reflect its audience needs and requests. The celebrity reality format has proved to be very popular on the channel and our audience wanted to see more celebs. In line with this, the channel decided to take on other celebrity reality shows to showcase different celebrities."

I am a big fan of the Twins so I am a little disappointed but one thing for sure is that The Masina clan have a way of making sustaining themselves in this business so I would not be surprised if in no time at all Hlelo and Ntando have a new gig.
