It's a Thursday and today we send a shout out to a young make-up artist from Western Cape, who has done very well for himself in a very competitive world of beauty and fashion industry. This township fella is certainly on the fast track to living his dreams, if he is not already. Get to know Vuyo Varoyi and be inspired ...
He got his big break when he was hired by at MAC Cosmetics
as a Make-Up Artist. Six months later he was chosen to work at SA Fashion Week
as one of the MAC Artists. A year later, while still working for the brand, he
was again selected amongst over 150 artists as the Top 3 to attend the brand’s

Tropics, Destiny, Rolling Stones, Classic Feel to name a few. This has enabled
him to work with high profile celebrities such as Kelly Rowland, Richard

Varoyi’s biggest achievement was being named the first
