No Minnie Dlamini For Rockville Season 2

The critically acclaimed Mzansi Magic drama, Rockville, is currently in production for its second season. The star studded show produced by Shona and Connie Ferguson's production company, Ferguson Films, will however return without TV personality Minnie Dlamini.

Word from the star's camp is that Minnie has withdrawn from the series due to other commitments.

Tabloid paper Sunday Sun had reported that the star was fired for being a diva but her manager Phumza Nohashe disputes that. .
“Minnie’s schedule for the year clashes with production. She is going to the Tanzania World Cup Trophy in November and also hosting the sports awards.

“There is no such thing as her being cocky or a diva. She had also worked with the same production team on The Wild and they all worked well together. Even Connie and Shona showed disappointment regarding her departure.

"How can she be a diva? She flew to Cape Town to buy her own wardrobe for the character she played and also did her hair out of her own pocket. They only gave her the brief of her character and she did the rest."
Nohashe tells City Press.
With numerous jobs in the industry and endorsements, Minnie's fans need not cry for their star for losing this gig as this will not make a dent on her bank account.
