Trueblood Actress To Star in Generations

Durban-born actress Nondumiso Tembe, who has starred in American hit shows like True Blood, NCSI and its spin-off NCSI: Los Angeles , is said to be joining SABC1 soapie Generations.


The 27-year-old, who spends most of her time in Tinseltown, will cause havoc as Phumelele Miya, a top fashion executive raised in New York who has a wild and dark streak in Generations.

She is likely to ruffle a few feathers, and is unwilling to back down in fight.

Tembe, a Yale University drama graduate, told a local publication that she is ecstatic to be able to fulfill her childhood dream of being on South Africa's most popular soapie Generations.
