Former Isidingo Head Writer To Act On Generations

This morning the DA announced that AgangSA's leader Dr Ramphela Mamphele will run for the 2014 election as their presidential candidate. If you thought that was a strange and surprising alliance, now I just got news that Liam J Stratton, the former headwriter of Isidingo who scandalously quit the show last year, has joined Generations for a three episode stint. 

Stratton is not at Generations to improve their storylines and scripts, nope, he is there as an actor. 

Word is that Liam will be playing Vern, who moves in briefly with Choppa. Generations viewers know that Choppa, instead of just going out and getting a job, is currently running a scheme to get a tenant to pay his rent by moving in with him. 

While we know him as a writer, Liam is no stranger to acting. He has appeared on Binneland as a diamond smuggler/patient.
