Lungile Radu Will Host The New Season Of Big Brother SA
TV presenter and actor Lungile Radu was announced as the official host for the new season of the reality show Big Brother South Africa early this month. No surprise there as he is within the Mnet fam after-all.
The show will be no different to Big Brother Africa except it being exclusive to South Africans only. The winner will walk away from the house with a prize of R1 million.
About his latest gig, Radu said;
“This does not only appeal to me as the presenter but also the producer in me. It will also give me the chance to hone my live presenting skills.
Being on-air in real time is one of the most challenging aspects of TV presenting and there’s no better place to master that skill than on a program where unpredictable characters, shocking twists and unexpected turns are in fact, normal,” he added.
Radu will be the only contact that contestants will get to interact with for the period they in the show. His role as the host will be to keep viewers updated about the show and who will be exiting the house.
Big Brother South Africa debuts on February 2 at 19:00 on channels 197 and 198 to DStv Premium and Compact audiences where it will be screened live 24/7.
