Inspirational Thursday: Oreo Girl Named Cutest Kid In An Advert Ever By American Website

Our inspirational Thursday story today is not a profile but rather a congratulatory piece I forgot to share with you guys last year. In October last year South African Oreo Princess, Karabo Magongwa, has was voted the 'cutest kid advert ever' by leading US media company Buzzfeed.com. 

In response Oreo said it was 'proud to welcome Karabo to the Oreo family, and so are the 60 million monthly users that Buzzfeed hosts'.

Having grown up in Soweto, never having been featured on a TV commercial, Karabo told her mom on the morning of filming that this was going to be her "big break!"

And indeed it was! Let's hope this is just an indication of bigger things to come for this cute girl.
