Idris Elba Shows His Toned Body On Details Magazine

Actor, DJ, new daddy and apparently a chef, Idris Elba is “arousing” some “curiosity” with his latest feature in the glossy’s September issue of Details Magazine coming out in the US.

It’s no surprise that Idris Elba is Hollywood’s “It” guy. From The Wire to Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom to the upcoming thriller No Good Deeds, the 41-year-old actor is in hot demand at the moment.

Women pant for him — didn’t you see that bulge-in-pants photo that causes a frenzy on Twitter, and guys want to be him .... now he’s sharing his secrets with Details Magazine in their September issue.

The cover story, “The Undeniable, Indescribable Appeal of Idris Elba” delves into his love life, being father to two, his film roles, his DJ skills and even his little-known love of cooking. One of his family recipes is even going to be featured in chef Jamie Oliver’s new cookbook due out this fall.

“I like to cook,” he says. 

“I went to Trinity boys’ school, Canning Town, East London, the edge of the industrial world. But we had this home-economics class where you got tough lads like me and my mates learning how to cook, and I absolutely loved that.”
