Lira Cracks The VH1 Top 40 Chart In The States

The presumably elated South African songstress Lira, shared some history making news via Facebook that she has made it onto the TOP 40 of VH1 Charts.

The singer has been relatively quiet back here at home. Clearly she has been making waves elsewhere as suddenly her track "Feel Good' has gained some traction in America to help it crack the Top 40 mark on the prestigious VH1 charts.

Well, it would appear that Lira's goal to conquer the American market might just be within reach. The star toured the US a lot on the past 2 years and it is now paying off.

She wrote on Facebook;

Im on VH1 top 40 charts. Also the 1st South African to have been featured on the channel. ‪#‎MakingHERstory‬

Congratulations to one of the most down-to-earth and humble stars I have met in this business. We very proud of Lira.

at least be smart enough to get your facts right. She is not from pe and he didn't pay any lobola for her and there was no wedding to take place in December.

I take it you are Sindiswa Nene.

Well, she must have lied to the police then because the story comes from a statement released by the police asking for help to find her.

Look, the police sent out a media alert asking to be helped to locate Lisakhaya Pepe, an SABC news anchor. That is a story. You have an issue with that? take it up with them.
