Lootlove Covers The Women's Month Issue of Zkhiphani.com Magazine

In an industry mesmerized by the latest ‘IT girls’ and quick to put labels on upcoming and established stars – it’s surprising to find a person unfazed by all the attention. She hosts the biggest music show in the country – Live Amp – and can also be found doing what she does best on SABC 1’s Sky Room Live. This Month, Loot Love, as she is affectionately known, is gracing the cover of Zkhipani magazine.

Luthando Shosha shot to fame when she won the Live presenter search two years ago. Then, she was a wet behind the ears small town girl who, while working at a radio station, had dreams of making it big.

“Our readers have asked us why we only have men covering the magazine and we felt August is the perfect time for our first female cover. Luthando is the perfect representation of the Zkhiphani.com brand personified; she is young and full of ambition and has somehow remained humble despite the success she has enjoyed in the last couple of years.
She continues to work hard and with the publication also celebrating 20 years of freedom collectively with women’s month we felt she is a product of and an ideal exemplification of how far we have come as a country in the last two decades especially women who for the longest time have been divested of some of the opportunities they enjoy today.” said Editor in Chief, Andile Mathobela.

The publication launched the first issue in March 2014 as a glossy bi-monthly, readers can anticipate a content filled issue as it also commemorates 20 years of South African youth culture looking at music, art, fashion and how these 3 have evolved in the last 2 decades.

Readers can also get access to exclusive supplementary digital content layered on every page of the magazine by downloading the “Layar” application and scanning the pages.

The Zkhiphani.com's third print issue hits the shelves on 20 August 2014 and is available nationally at CNA and Shoprite stores for only R19,90 per copy.  Visit www.zkhiphani.com to check out the online magazine.
