Richard Lukunku Joins Isidingo

It was revealed yesterday at an Isidingo hosted event in Johannesburg that Richard Lukunku has joined the cast of the SABC 3 soapie. 

The news come hot on the heals of the news that Etv's telenovela, Ashes To Ashes, has started production on its second season. Lukunku played "Stitch" on the first season and is said to return for the second season as well. 

Lukunku's second job, which will see him appear simultaneously on two shows on two different channels daily in a short while, sees him playing a french speaking doctor on Isidingo. 

Lukunku's hiring was announced by Isidingo executive producer Pumla Hopa, at an event where the cast and the media were invited to enjoy a friendly cook off competition to celebrate the show's new direction of introducing "real drama" on its storyline.
