Head of Programmes: Working in a small team, the successful candidate will take full responsibility to design, plan, and manage the implementation of an innovative programme of research, strategic leadership development, thematic convening, social dialogue, grant making, mass media engagement, and philanthropy development.
Religion Programme Officer: The successful candidate will be responsible to design, plan, and implement the Foundation's engagement with faith-based LGBTI groups, religious organizations, and LGBTI groups that engage with religious organizations – in alignment with the Foundation's overall purpose and strategy.
Business Programme Officer: The successful candidate will be responsible to design, plan, and implement the Foundation's engagement with LGBTI business owners, LGBTI business organizations, LGBTI workplace groups, supplier diversity champions in corporate procurement departments, and international partner organizations – in alignment with the Foundation's overall purpose and strategy.
Advocacy & Campaigns Officer: The successful candidate will be responsible to develop, plan, and manage the Foundation's research, dialogue, convening, and grant making activities that relate to community-based advocacy and campaigns, especially with parents and families of LGBTI people, community advice offices and traditional leaders, trade unions, “pride” and activist groups, and other community based organizations.
Fundraising Campaigns Officer: The successful candidate will be responsible to support the public engagement manager in project/work planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on the Foundation's public fundraising campaigns and activities, according to clearly defined strategic objectives and targets.
Office Assistant: The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the cleaning and maintenance of the office, manage catering and logistics for meetings and events hosted at the office, and facilitate deliveries and collections of documents and supplies.

The Foundation is based in Johannesburg. All appointments are on fixed term contracts. The ability to communicate in English is a requirement.
